Matured in ex-Sherry wine casks from Jerez, Spain, is a rich and complex whisky. These oak casks, previously used for Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, and other Sherries, imbue it with a full-textured profile. El Sol features aromas of dried fruits, crème brûlée, coffee, cacao, and dark chocolate, offering a lingering finish that delights the senses.
