This is a flavoured nut that is perfect for inclusion in or on cakes & desserts, on ice cream, with a coffee or just eaten on their own. They are a healthy low GI snack alternative, great for travelling or gifts with a bush provenance theme. All Pally Pecan Product is processed, cooked and packed on farm.
About supplier
Pally Pecans operate a boutique pecan orchard on the banks of the Gwydir River at Pallamallawa. We planted our 650 trees in 2000 with our first harvest in 2009. Our small enterprise first supplied only nut in shell but has grown to include a processing plant and cooking facilities.
