Product Details: 

Cooking method: In a large saucepan add a minimum of 3.5 litres water & bring to the boil, add turkey without removing from the bag, turn heat off and place lid on, leave for 1 hour.  

Remove turkey, bring the water back up to the boil then add turkey for a further 30 minutes with the heat off and lid on. 

Ingredients: Turkey breast, cream, egg white, salt, white pepper, parsley, oregano, thyme
