Clothing The Gaps is a Victorian Aboriginal led and controlled, and majority Aboriginal owned, social enterprise producing clothing and accessories.

Co-founded by Laura Thompson (Gunditjmara) and Sarah Sheridan (non-Indigenous), Clothing The Gaps is a hub of Indigenous employment. 81% of their staff members are mob. They strive to be a preferred employer for Aboriginal and Torres Strait people actively supporting them to grow and pursue their life goals and ambitions.

Clothing The Gaps is certified as a Victorian Aboriginal business with Kinaway Chamber of Commerce Victoria and certified as an Aboriginal business with Supply Nation. They also hold an Ethical Clothing Australia accreditation.
