Shipping and Delivery

Domestic shipping

Orders placed through Parliament Shop will be dispatched via Australia Post within 5 business days.

Standard and Express Post options are available at checkout. Delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order, destination delivery address and packaging materials.

A confirmation email and Australia Post tracking number will be sent at the time of dispatch. 

Orders sent via Australia Post to metropolitan areas generally take 3–4 business days from the date of shipment to the date of delivery. Please allow longer for rural and regional areas. Please note that Australia Post has suspended its next-business-day guarantee for Express Post.

Parliament Shop is not responsible for delays incurred or failure to deliver due to incorrectly supplied contact details, or for failure to collect items from the Post Office. 

International Shipping

Parliament Shop currently only ships within Australia. If you would like to make an order from outside Australia, please contact us at parliament.shop@aph.gov.au or (02) 6277 5050.
