Federation Artisan Chocolate has been a Tasmanian chocolate brand for over 30 years.
Owners Maurice and Helen Curtis are involved in the entire making process from the growing of the cacao beans to the making of their bars. They have selected ethical and sustainable cacao growers and increased the stone ground full bean content of their chocolate. They are very proud of the progress they have made in developing their chocolate from cacao bean to chocolate and beyond.
Federation Artisan Chocolate is Tasmanian owned and operated and their chocolate is handmade in Tasmania, Australia.
