Chokoartisan creates small-batch, handcrafted chocolates made for true chocolate lovers. Using premium Belgian and French couverture chocolate, their range delivers a rich, smooth cocoa experience—balanced in flavour and free from unnecessary additives.
Founded in 2018 by French-trained master chocolatier Bertrand and his creative partner Kim, Chokoartisan brings together European technique and Australian ingredients. Locally sourced macadamias, almonds and dried fruits are paired with unexpected flavours like sesame and smoked nuts, resulting in chocolates that are both refined and distinctive.
Based in Canberra, each piece is carefully made by hand, reflecting the founders’ passion for quality, craftsmanship and thoughtful flavour combinations. From recipe development to packaging, every detail is considered—creating chocolate that is both indulgent and approachable.
