Founded in 2015 by Bendigo local Greta Donaldson, Bendigo Brittle was inspired by a treasured family recipe passed down from her grandmother, Norma Roulston. What began as a Christmas treat has grown into a much-loved regional business, producing handcrafted brittle using quality ingredients and supporting local suppliers wherever possible.
